First off, let me just say that to find this book, was not easy. Since no book stores had it stock. Thankfully for my mom, letting me use you her Ipad. I was able to read it.
When I think of New Orleans, i think Jazz and music. I also think of Zataran commerical. Now when people ask, i think Katrina, rebuilding it, and Jazz music. As we have learned that a lot of people have come to find out, in a wake of a tragedy is when you find strength in others. Who doesnt want to see New Orleans, who doesnt want to help rebuild, who doesnt want to see what can happen when we all come together. Five years ago, New Orleans was diminished into nothing, and now a slow process has start to come about and rebuild. Tom Piazza does an excellent job describing the faces of the people. The father and his children crying because of their home, the mother who goes into labor leaving her own child to fend for himself. When we think of our father and Mother we think or like to think of comfort. The parents being strong for their child, going with out so we can have things. There is a whole other side to their families.

Do you have what it takes . . .
So here goes nothing...
Here is what I learned in the readings. You have to be somebody, in order to get the big stories and profile stories. If you are a "newbie" than you are the chances are very slim to getting a high class profile case such as President O'bama. Have no fear tho, because you are not out luck just yet. Freelance writers, usually have a chance in getting published in smaller forms. The Enterprise and Boston Globe have talented writers, that been doing their job a lot longer.
